We love Bishop! Their quote was more competitive than the other quote we got. Our sales representative made recommendations on the correct unit for our house that was a less expensive furnace. The other shop tried to upsell us to the highest model that wasn’t the best fit for our style of house. Honesty goes a long ways. The gentlemen who installed our unit were on time, friendly and cleaned up after themselves better than it was before they started. We have had other service companies to our house in the last six months and all of them that have had to go in our fenced-in backyard never close the gate after themselves. The Bishop servicemen not only closed the gate, but locked it too. This may seem like a minor thing, but when you have two dogs that have gotten out before because service people don’t close the gate they opened, it is very much appreciated. A few hours after installation was complete there was some water leaking from our unit. I left an email for our sales rep and he called first thing in the morning and the servicemen were at our door before 9AM. The piping from the previous unit that went to the sump pump drain was clogged so they replaced it with new, larger piping to prevent clogging in the future. They also mopped up the water and left the floor sparkling clean. If you are looking for heating or cooling needs in West Michigan, Bishop is the place you want to give your money to.
